This notice explains the information collected, its purpose and applicants' rights.
Information collected
Name, year of birth, town and country, contact details, profession, membership path, contribution areas and information entered by the applicant. No payment data is collected in the initial application.
Purpose
Reviewing the application, contacting the applicant, managing follow-up and reaching a decision.
Who may access it
Authorised staff and administrators, plus technical service providers required to operate the system under defined permissions.
Retention
Information is retained as needed to process the application and manage the relationship with the applicant.
Your rights
You may ask to access or correct your information, or ask how it is used, by contacting the Movement's email address.
