- Prepare a profile of the Movement, achievements and programmes
- Define honorary, steering, public-relations, finance and executive roles
- Build an initial database of 50–100 prospective members

Annual or monthly contributions across Bronze, Silver and Gold membership paths.

Contributions directed to a particular project, such as the Scout Farm.
Seasonal campaigns
Campaigns linked to Ramadan, the end of the scouting year or summer camps.
In-kind contributions
Equipment, transport or land, as named in the founding plan.
